Local development
Our business supports the development of our community by creating local jobs and, when possible, the development of local suppliers. We believe that with this, we encourage the education and training of young people that have the desire to work in the Painco or another company in the region.
Provide safe working conditions
The Painco believes that all accidents are preventable and strives to create safe working conditions. This applies to its employees and all contractors of employees who provide services in our factory. We constantly invest in technology, equipment and training to minimize the risk, but we believe that the biggest investment is in awareness and strengthening of the personal commitment of our employees with the security reinforcing personal responsibility in identifying and preventing risks.
Environment
Have a sustainable future for future generations begins now in the present. It is with that thought in environmental sustainability; the Painco has been seeking out solutions in energy efficiency projects and optimization of water use, greenhouse gas emissions, and proper disposal of waste and recycling. In 2013 this consciousness turned ISO 14.001 certification, continuing the commitment of Painco to develop internal and external projects related to environmental protection.
Corporate governance
Corporate governance is the set of principles, guidelines, processes and regulations that fit the way a corporation is directed, administered and controlled, ensuring its sustainability through transparency, fairness, accountability and corporate responsibility. The Governance of Painco includes the Board of Shareholders, Board of Directors, Executive Board, and independent auditing practices.
Social responsibility
Our social responsibility extends beyond the borders of our company. With this strategy, we selected projects annually with and without tax incentive which aims human, educational and cultural development of the future generation. We also encourage volunteerism of our employees because we believe in improving solidarity, citizenship, leadership and sense of organization to coordinate and mobilize people.
